Question by : When I Search for My Company Name on Google?

When I Search for My Company Name on Google, I get a ripoffreport complaint in the top 5 of Google results, which has caused sales of my website to drop by over 25%. How do I Remove this Complaint from ripoffreport?

You’ll have to contact them. Start with a polite notification. Then, in increasing steps, escalate to legal action for libel and defamation.

contact them and maybe settle them with something…if it is false rip off reports. if not, it’s another story, however, I decide to help you with this.

it is always going to be like this, but it depends on the complaints as well.. if ripoffreport is consistent, I am not sure u can do much more about it, but you can optimize more for your website and actually take over SERPs of those bad web reputations of your site.

do some SEO works, implement a blog, because blog posts are normally good for SERPs.

and most importantly, if you want to take over in the search result,

wait for it.. this is very important,

create user names in high pagerank websites.

such as yahoo buzz, twitter, digg, technorati, facebook, friendster, reddit, etc etc, basically, create with your company name and make sure user name is your company name too. join all the social networking sites.

for example, if ur company name is

microsoft, make sure you create all login as microsoft

because when people do search, it will search the name first, so it’s important to have index in all those high ranking SERPs and hi PageRank sites

This answer is worth basically $ 500-1000 for web consultant fees to be honest, so make sure you use it effectively. because you may not see me again around here.
